Today!! 2/2/11

Today i worked out, i'm planning to work out twice a day, 20 mins in the morning when i have the most energy and a 12 minute one at night like around.

I ate two small slices of pizza, and a glass of ginger ale. I know that was a sucky beginning to the day but i made it up with working out. Its winter so i cant go jogging like i use to. I plan to enroll myself in a cheap gym because i am on a budget. NO MORE CRYSTAL LIGHT, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, SODA, AND OVER EATING! today is a brand new me!!!

I have to go food shopping today and i plan to buy tons of water because i need to drink it. I am creating new good habits to get back to the old confident me!!
